Search "IBO Player" on the Amazon Appstore (Firestick), Google Play (Android), or Apple App Store (iOS). Download the official version published by IBO Solutions.
Launch IBO Player. The welcome screen displays a unique MAC address and KEY. Write both down — they identify your device.
Email your MAC and KEY to support or send via WhatsApp at +1 514 447 7860. Average bind time: 2-5 minutes.
Close IBO Player completely (force-stop) and reopen it. Your channel list and VOD library will appear within seconds.
Select Aurora (Quebec), Boreal (Canada), Polaris (broad), or Glacier (4K) from the main playlist screen.
